Production Capacity
1,000,000
drones per year
The new 23,000 m² NEROS Project Millennium facility in Torrance, California, is designed for a capacity of up to one million drones annually. NEROS aims to reach this volume by 2028. By August 2026, the company was already producing about 1,200 ARCHER drones per week, meaning deliveries are a matter of weeks, not years.
Design
Four layers of in-house development
-
01
Flight Control
Proprietary flight computer with integrated sensors and expansion room. The pilot maintains full control over the craft even during the most demanding missions.
-
02
Propulsion
Motors and controllers developed and manufactured directly by Neros. Range, power, and payload in a compact form factor.
-
03
Radio Link
Custom radios for control and video transmission, designed for long range and high resistance to electronic interference.
-
04
Software
Software-defined hardware allows for rapid development, but the system is fully functional from day one, without reliance on future updates.
Variants

KELA Munitions
KELA Technologies is an Israeli defense company founded in 2024 by experienced veterans of Israeli defense research. At their own facility in southern Israel, they manufacture munitions and develop an open platform that integrates drones, sensors, and weapon systems from various manufacturers.
Together with NEROS, they developed the ARCHER Fiber, the first FPV drone controlled via fiber optic cable, which meets U.S. NDAA requirements and is Blue UAS certified. Fiber optics cannot be jammed, ensuring the drone remains operational even where radio links fail. Information regarding KELA munitions for ARCHER drones is available upon request.
